Production of Wax Box Firelogs

Wax boxes are broken down, baled and shipped to our HotLogs plant as a much cheaper alternative than sending them to a landfill. The boxes are fed into cutters that chop them into small chips. These wax coated chips go through a tumble dryer and then are air lifted to a hopper tower and gravity fed into patented screw augurs. Compressed firelogs are extruded at the rate of 14-20 logs per minute and are automatically cut into 12" lengths creating a 5 lb. HotLogs FireLog ready for packaging. The logs are then flow-wrapped, boxed and palletized ready for shipment. Our HotLogs Premium FireStarter is a by-product of the drying process and is packaged in re-sealable 1 lb. bags.

Depending on the area and scope of operations approximately $1,500,000 will get a new plant everything it needs to be in full production.

Space requirements are approximately 25,000 SF minimum under roof with good 18 wheeler truck access.

Inclination is what we need to feel about being involved with a new and outstanding transformation product with a huge upside potential.

And since every wax box fire log plant will be in a joint venture with us, we fully intend to make sure you are hugely successful from fiber acquisition through production to shipping finished products.

This is a relatively simple business opening up to an expanding market for clean-burning solid fuels. Almost every state has grants, loans and support programs for operations that effectively divert WOCC from burgeoning landfills.
